24 жовтня 2025 року в межах проєкту Erasmus+ DigiFLEd відбувся вебінар, присвячений сучасним тенденціям цифрової трансформації у викладанні перекладу.
Спікерка заходу – Ольга Пешкова, доктор філософії, доцентка кафедри перекладознавства імені Миколи Лукаша Харківського національного університету імені В. Н. Каразіна – поділилася своїм досвідом використання новітніх цифрових інструментів у підготовці перекладачів, зокрема Trados, Wordfast та MemoQ.
Пані Ольга звернула увагу на важливість Slow Translation Manifesto Інституту перекладу, який підкреслює значення усвідомленого й етичного підходу до перекладацької діяльності.
У ході вебінару спікерка детально розповіла про різницю між машинним і автоматизованим перекладом, представила приклади використання ChatGPT та Claude AI для подолання класичних перекладацьких труднощів (зокрема під час перекладу каламбурів), а також продемонструвала, як технології штучного інтелекту можуть гармонійно інтегруватися у навчальний процес.
Учасники активно ставили запитання, обговорювали можливості курсу Translation Technologies, розробленого університетами-партнерами проєкту DigiFLEd та ділилися власним досвідом використання цифрових платформ у перекладацькій освіті.

On 24 October 2025, within the framework of the Erasmus+ DigiFLEd project, a webinar was held to explore current trends in the digital transformation of translation teaching.
The speaker of the event – Dr. Olha Pieshkova, Associate Professor at the Mykola Lukash Department of Translation Studies, V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University – shared her valuable experience in using modern digital tools in translator training, including Trados, Wordfast, and MemoQ.
Dr. Pieshkova drew attention to the importance of the Slow Translation Manifesto developed by the Institute of Translation, which emphasises the significance of a conscious and ethical approach to translation practice.
During the webinar, she explained the difference between machine translation and computer-assisted translation, demonstrated examples of using ChatGPT and Claude AI to overcome classical translation challenges (such as the translation of puns), and showed how AI technologies can be effectively integrated into the learning process.
Participants actively asked questions, discussed the opportunities provided by the Translation Technologies course developed by the partner universities of the DigiFLEd project, and shared their own experiences in applying digital platforms to translation education.
